One sunny day in the mountains about 10 years ago, I realised that my longstanding interest in people and how we work together was where I wanted to focus my work. I’ve been building my expertise in facilitating connection, growth, and development ever since.

Curious by nature, I’ve come to understand psychological safety and sustainable growth as cornerstones of high-performance leadership. Growth has to involve a sense of exploration, and I’ve had plenty of that, building international experience with multicultural teams and groups in Europe and the US. My work now spans a variety of settings, cultures, languages, backgrounds, and goals.

I’m currently based in Vienna, Austria, and collaborate and support teams and organisations both in person and remotely.
